Kick-Off Workshop at Zeppelin University

To launch the project and set a shared direction, a five-day kick-off workshop was held at Zeppelin University in July 2023, bringing together 12 project participants. The workshop focused on building a strong foundation for collaboration and covered key topics such as project goals, planning strategies, innovative formats, and approaches to effective knowledge transfer. Participants also discussed administrative and budgetary frameworks.

A major milestone of the workshop was the selection of the 20 Tawasol Fellows. In addition, the thematic focus for the upcoming workshops was outlined, setting the stage for the project’s next steps.
